Hello mudda. Hello fadda.

I have assumed for sometime that if you said to a young woman that she would make a good mother she'd be incredibly offended.

I don't know why I assume this: perhaps I have heard someone say something like that almost exactly; or maybe it's a melange of bits and pieces I've picked up over the years.

But is this true? Or does it depend on the woman? I know if someone said to me that I would make a good father my heart would swell until it exploded, but maybe I'm the exception to the rule?

I've been told that I'd be a good mother (haha, I know) and it wasn't offensive in the slightest.

Customers are always telling me i'd make a good mother but that's mostly because they are incompetent parents and i get the job of babysitting their kids while they drink coffee.

Not sure if its a compliment coming from someone who can't manage their own children, but hey, i take what i can get xD
