Am I biased?
For my birthday my sister gave me a music album.
I say gave because my mum paid for it.
Before she gave me the CD on my birthday, she copied all the tracks to the hard drive of our computer and has burnt herself a copy.
She also wants/has burnt copies for her friends, one was even a birthday present.
She hasn't once asked me if this copying was alright with me.
I feel pretty pissed off about this. Am I right to feel like that?

If i give my sis a cd i normally give her it and then ask to copy it. Copying it before you give them it is probably ok if you have to post it or something and you couldn't copy it after, but i dont think i'd copy it before.
yeah,i get annoyed when my sister gives my cds out to friends to copy without asking me even if i do have them all on computer im still angry,id be more annoyed if she copied the present before giving it to me,id want to be the first to listen to it.
id be pissed simply because im an angry person, but technically it is hers until she gives it to you, annnd it's not like she bought chocolates and ate some, you still had the whole present, same as it would have been if she hadnt copied it.
just my 8 cents.
